Intended use
● The appliance must only be used to keep prepared food warm in Gastronorm containers made
from stainless steel. For example, for prepared soups, vegetables, side dishes and sauces.
● The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated
− by instructed trained personnel,
− when the drain tap is closed,
− with the pan filled as specified,
− if the appliance is supervised,
− for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
● Any other or extended use is considered as non-intended use.
● The user alone is responsible for damage caused by unintended use.
● Each misuse of the appliance voids the guarantee, warranty and general liability of the manufac
turer.
● Modifying the appliance is prohibited.

Misuse
● Do not use the appliance as storage or work surface!
● The appliance may not be used for heating, drying and storing objects and not for melting materi
als!
● The appliance must not be operated in the open.
● The appliance must not be used by
− children,
− persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities,
− untrained personnel.
