Fitting the battery

- Remove the 2 screws from the battery cover with the supplied screwdriver.
- Remove the battery cover: place the head of your screwdriver or the head of a knife on the top of the
battery cover in order to slightly lift it up. Make it pivot on the right and on the left and then press it
with your thumb so as to slide the top of the box upward (pointing at the bark sensor's direction).
- Insert the 3 Volt CR 2450 lithium battery as indicated under the battery holder (the " + " terminal of
the battery should point downward) (See diagram 2).
- A sound beep is emitted indicating that the battery has been properly inserted.
- If you do not hear any sound beep after inserting the battery, immediately remove it from the battery
holder by using the supplied magnet (magnetic key). Check the polarity before inserting the battery
once again.
- Replace the battery cover taking care to first insert the little pin at the bottom of the battery cover
(See diagram 3).

(See diagram 3). Then slightly press with your thumbs to slide it downward (opposite side to the bark
sensors). The battery cover is closed when you can hear a "click" sound.
- Retighten moderately the 2 screws.
