Never pick up the mains adapter when
your hands are wet.
If you are not using the appliance for a
prolonged period of time, unplug the
mains adapter or car lead. This is the
only way to ensure the complete ab-
sence of electric power and to protect
against the appliance being switched
on accidentally.
DANGER in road traffic
In the case of side airbags, the middle
and upper fastening strap must not be
used.
If you have any questions about the air-
bag, please consult your car manual or
ask at your car workshop.
Never use the appliance in the car
while it is in motion. It may cause a dis-
traction and endanger traffic safety. If
you wish to change the settings, stop
the vehicle.

Unpacking
1. Remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Check that all parts are present and in-
tact.

Using the massage mat
in a car
1. Place the massage mat 1 on the car
seat.
2. Fasten the massage mat 1 carefully
with the securing straps 3.

3. Plug the car lead 13 into the cigarette
lighter or another suitable 12 V con-
nection.
4. Plug the power plug 12 on the car
lead 13 into the power socket 11.

Using the massage mat
at home
1. Place the massage mat 1 on a suitable
chair or armchair.
2. Fasten the massage mat 1 carefully
with the securing straps 3.
3. Plug the mains adapter 14 into a
mains socket that complies with the
technical data.
4. Plug the power plug 12 on the mains
adapter 14 into the power socket 11.

6. Operation

The remote control 10 has background illu-
mination. If this does not come on, the back-
ground illumination will be switched on first
when button 6, 7 or 8 is pressed for the first
time. Only when the background illumina-
tion is on does the button have the function
described below. The background illumina-
tion goes off again after about 5 seconds.
If you press the OFF button 5, the appliance
switches off immediately.

Switching the appliance
on and off
1. To switch the appliance on, press the
ON button 7.
The LCD display 4 shows MODE 0.
As soon as the appliance is switched
on, the timer will automatically start
running at 30 minutes. The remaining
time is shown in the LCD display 4.
To protect the appliance from being ac-
cidentally left on, it automatically
switches off again after 30 minutes.
