If you have two or more A/V components (e.g. VCR, Cable box, Laserdisc or satellite receiver)
that you want to watch in another room, they will probably already been hooked up to the local
TV in series. To connect the GigaVideo Transmitter you just need to indentify the last component
in the chain and connect the Line OUT or scart to the GigaVideo Transmitter IN jacks.
Videosignal and S-Video signal
The connector at the backside of the GigaVideo70 transmitter is not a S-Video connector. This
is why you can't connect S-Video signals to the GigaVideo 70, but only video signal. When
you only have S-Video output on your equipment (you can recognise a S-Video connection by
a small round mini DIN plug with 4 pins), then you can use the Marmitek S-video to
composite video adapter (art. no. 09388).
2 SETTING UP THE GIGAVIDEO RECEIVER
1. Connect the Audio/Video cable to the LINE OUT jacks [H+I] of your GigaVideo Receiver.
Connect the other end to your TV. If your TV has a Scart connector, you may use the
Scart adaptor provided; labelled: "Receiver".
A so called modulator is also provided (RF Output [G]). Connect the receiver to the antenna
or RF input of your TV (pre-set at channel 36 or 48).
You will need a short male/female 'aerial converter' lead, available from your dealer.
2. Switch the Power slide switch [B] on the side into the "OFF" position
