Action
1.
Check the expiration date and the storage conditions of the
microcuvettes.
2.
Measure the control/sample with a new cuvette.
3.
Make sure that the control is properly mixed and that it has
reached room temperature. If the problem continues, contact
the manufacturer of the control.

Check the microcuvette for air bubbles. Remeasure the con-
trol/sample with a new microcuvette.
5.
Clean the optronic unit as instructed under "Maintenance".
6a. If a quality control test is to be performed, only use quality
controls recommended by HemoCue, see relevant package
insert for more information.
6b. Check the expiration date and the storage conditions of the
control. Repeat the measurement with a new control/sam-
ple. If the problem continues, contact the manufacturer of
