CORRECTING MALFUNCTIONS

In case of malfunctions first consult the malfunctions tables. If the problem cannot be solved, consult
your Bravilor Bonamat dealer, your service mechanic or one of the service desks.
8.1

Malfunctioning analysis general

Symptom:
1. The machine does not work
and there is nothing on the
di display. l
2. Sometimes water comes out
of the outlet without reason.
3. The descaling symbol
appears on the display.
4. A flashing cup and saucer
appear on the display.
8.2

Malfunction analysis brewer

Symptom:
1. Brewer does not move
smoothly.
2. Coffee residue too wet.
3. Coffee grounds in coffee.

LIST OF MALFUNCTIONS
Possible cause:
The plug is not connected to the
power socket.
External fuse has blown.
Group is overloaded.
Temperature has been set so
high that the water starts
boiling.
Set number of liters of the
descaling signal has been
reached.
The door is open.
LIST OF MALFUNCTIONS
Possible cause:
Clamping force of the brewer
room is too strong.
Clamping force of the brewer
room is too weak.
Brewer filter is clogged.
Brewer stop S2 too low.
Leak between the brewer piston
and the cylinder.
Filter paper missing.
Paper does not run straight.
Packing leaks.
Clamping force of the brewer
room is too weak.
Actions:
Connect the plug to the power
socket.
Reset or replace the external
fuse.
Connect the machine to another
group.
Set the temperature at a lower
value, see §6.2.5.
Descale the machine, see §7.1.
Close the door (with the key).
Actions:
Call in service.

Increase brewer stop S2,
