Do not point the machine
towards persons.

Stand behind the stud collector
or stud securing cap during
operation of the machine.

Empty the stud collector at
regular intervals.
•
Disconnect the machine from
the energy and media supply
systems before changing tools
or accessories.
•
Wear impact-resistant protec-
tive goggles when operating the
machine.
•
Clamp the workpiece securely
before starting work.
•
Always test the stud holder
before starting work.

during all work steps for
commissioning, operation,
cleaning, maintenance or during

Wear protective gloves

WARNING
Pressurised oil
Serious injuries or material damage
•
Use only clean equipment and
clean oil without air bubbles for
filling.
•
Secure hoses and lines to
prevent them from uncontrolled
whipping.
•
Do not exceed the maximum
working pressure indicated
in the technical data; use a
pressure reducer, if necessary.
•
Do not use the hoses or lines to
carry the machine.
•
Operate the machine only in
a well-ventilated area without
hazardous vapours.
•
Use the hydraulic oil specified
in the technical data.
•
Operate the machine only with
the oil drain plug screwed in.
4 .1 STOPPING THE MACHINE IN AN
EMERGENCY
Precondition:
•
There is an emergency.
1. Disconnect the setting tool from the
compressed air supply.
2. Immediately bar the machine and prevent its
further use.
