Sportgitter für RS-Stossfänger(3-teilig)
mit LED-Tagfahrlicht + Positionslicht
MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Fahrtrichtung) ab. Das grau-schwarze Kabel (Pos. 10 des
Steckers) in ausreichendem Abstand vom Stecker
durchtrennen (Bild 4.). Die Kabelenden abisolieren, den
Schrumpfschlauch darüberziehen und das Ende des
Originalkabels mit dem mit ‚B' (blau / 58 Positionslicht)
g e k e n n z e i c h n e t e n K a b e l d e s K a b e l b a u m e s
zusammendrehen. Das freie Ende des Originalkabels und die
zusammengefügten Kabelenden in einen Kabelverbinder
stecken und diesen mit einer Elektrozange quetschen. Den
Schrumpfschlauch über die Verbindung schieben und mit
einem Heißluftföhn erwärmen (Bild 4.a.- 4.d.).
4.
Fahren Sie fort, indem Sie den Stecker mit dem grau-
schwarzen Kabel (Pos.4)unterhalb des Hauptbremszylinders
abziehen (nur bei ausgebauter Batterie möglich!) und das
Kabel in ausreichendem Abstand vom Stecker durchtrennen.
Die Kabelenden abisolieren und die Verbindung mit dem mit ‚C'
(rot / +15 Zündung) gekennzeichneten Kabel des Kabelsatzes
in der gleichen Weise wie in Schritt 3. durchführen. Die
mitgelieferte 5A-Sicherung ist unbedingt an einer gut
zugänglichen Stelle in das mit ‚C' (rot / +15 Zündung)
gekennzeichnete Kabel einzubauen
(Bild 5.e.).
Hinweis !!!
Sollte Ihr Fahrzeug keinen Geber an dem Bremszylinder
haben, haben Sie die Möglichkeit an dem Geber des
Rückwärtsgangs denAnschluss vorzunehmen (+15 Zündung).
Bei Nutzung von Tagfahrlicht und Standlicht darf das
Original-Standlicht mitbenutzt werden !

Den Kabelbaum mit den mitgelieferten Kabelbindern an
geeigneten Stellen befestigen.

. Das Steuergerät wird ab Werk mit aktiver Positions-
Leuchten-Funktion (Abdimmen der LED´s bei eingeschaltetem
Licht) geliefert. Sollten Sie diese Funktion deaktivieren wollen,
erfolgt dies nun über eine Programmierroutine und nicht mehr
durch das Umstecken von Steckern am Steuergerät.
Hinweis:
Beim Lackieren der Lufteinlässe unbedingt den Lackierhinweis
befolgen! Die Moosgummistreifen auf der Rückseite dürfen
nicht lackiert werden (vorher abkleben), da sonst die Elastizität
beeinträchtigt wird. Die restlichen Moosgummistreifen nach
dem Lackieren aufkleben
(siehe Bild 8). Vor dem Lackieren die LED-Leuchten ausbauen.
Demontage des Original Sportgitters und der Lufteinlässe
und Montage des Milotec Sportgitters mit LED-
Tagfahrleuchten:
1.
Beide äußeren Abdeckungen (mittels Schraubenzieher o.ä.)
aus dem Stoßfänger herausziehen (Bild 6.a.). An den
abgebildeten Stellen befinden sich Halter, die mit dem
Schraubenzieher gelöst werden müssen.

(šedo-černý kabel, obr. 4.). Konce kabelů odizolujte, nasaďte
termosmrštitelnou bužírku, jeden konec orig. kabelu spojte s
koncem "B" dodaného svazku ("B" = modrý kabel, 58 / poziční
světlo) a všechny konce nasaďte do spojovacího členu
(obr.4.a), který zalisujte kleštěmi (obr.4.b). Přes spoj
převlékněte termosmrštitelnou bužírku (obr.4.c) a zahřejte
např. horkovzdušnou pistolí (+95°C až +200°C, obr.4.d).

Pokračujte obdobným způsobem u zásuvky brzdového
válce viz. obr. 5. - zespod odpojte zásuvku na brzdovém válci a
v dostatečné vzdálenosti přerušte kabel na pozici č.4 (šedo-
černý kabel). Výše popsaným způsobem konce kabelů spojte s
koncem "C" dodaného svazku ("C" = červený kabel, +15 /
zapalování).
Na vhodném a přístupném místě tento kabel
přerušte a instalujte dodanou kabelovou pojistku (obr.
5.e), kterou napojíte pomocí dodaných spojovacích členů
elektroinstalace.
UPOZORNĚNÍ !!!
V případě, že vozidlo není vybaveno snímačem na brzdovém
válci, je možnost zapojení této svorky 15 na snímači zpětného
převodového stupně, který je instalován na převodovce (kabel,
do kterého jde proud po sepnutí klíčku).
Části jednotlivých konců kabelů svazku a samotný svazek

připevněte dodanými plastovými zatahovacími sponami.
Řídící jednotka je z výroby nastavena pro funkci jak denního

svícení, tak pozičních světel. V případě, že chcete využít pouze
funkci denních světel, musíte provést deaktivaci podle obr. 13.
Upozornění:
Při lakování přívodů vzduchu z ABS dbejte přiloženého návodu
pro lakování. Pěnové proužky přilepené na zadní straně dílů
nesmí být přelakovány, aby neztratily elastické vlastnosti.
Ostatní pěnové profily přiložené v balení nalepte až po
případném nalakování bočních plastových dílů viz. obr. 8.
Před lakováním rovněž demontujte LED světlo. Nálepku s
označením typu výrobku nalepte zespod do větracího otvoru
na pravý boční přívod vzduchu (ve směru jízdy).
Samotná demontáž originální mřížky a montáž bočních
dílů sání s LED světly denního svícení:

Například pomocí šroubováku dle obr. 6.a. nejprve
demontujte oba dva boční díly originální mřížky nárazníku (v
místech vyobrazení šroubováků mají boční díly západku).

Dále pokračujte demontáží prostředního dílu originální
mřížky, jež vyžaduje použití větší síly. Na obr. 6.b. jsou
vyznačeny body, kde je mřížka zaklesnuta svými oky v
nárazníku. Zaklesnutí mřížky bohužel nelze nijak uvolnit a
proto je nutné mřížku vyjmout tím způsobem, že dojde k
postupnému roztržení zaklesnutých ok mřížky (viz.detail na
obr.7).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
cable together with the cable of the set of cable tree marked by
'B' (blue / 58 position lamp). Insert the free end of the original
cable and the connected cable ends into a cable connector und
squeeze it with electrical pliers. Push the shrink tube over the
connection and heat it with a hot air hairdrier (fig. 4.a. – 4.d.).

Continue by pulling off the plug with the grey-black cable
(pos. 4) underneath the main brake cylinder (only possible with
detached battery!) and cut the cable in sufficient distance to the
plug. Strip the insulation of the cable ends and connect with the
cable of the cable set marked by 'C' (red / +15 ignition) in the
same manner as performed in Step 3. It is absolutely necessary
to install the supplied 5A fuse in an easily accessible place into
the cable set marked by 'C' (red / +15 ignition) (fig. 5.e.).
Note!!!
If the brake cylinder of your car should not be equipped with a
sensor, you have the possibility to connect it to the sensor of the
reverse gear (+15 ignition).

Attach the cable tree to the appropriate points using the
supplied cable managers.

. The control unit is delivered ex works with active position light
function (dimming of LEDs with switched-on light). If you want
to deactivate this function, you can only do so by using a
programming routine and no longer by plugging sockets on the
control unit.
Note:
Please observe the painting instructions before you paint the
air inlets! Do not paint the backside of the sponge rubber strips
(protect by scotch tape before), as the elasticity may otherwise
be impaired. Attach the remaining sponge rubber strips after
painting (see fig. 8). Detach the LED lamps before painting.
Detaching the original sports grill and air inlets and
assembly of the Milotec sports grill with LED day driving
lamps:
1.
Pull out both outer covers of the bumper (using a screwdriver
or similar) (fig. 6.a.). The illustration shows holders which have
to be released using the screwdriver.
2.
Then pull out the center part (Fig. 6.b.). For this purpose the
holding lugs behind the fastening points visible in the illustration
must be destroyed (fig. 7.). The disassembly requires high
exertion of force.
3.
Attach the supplied sponge rubber strips to the points
designated in fig. 8 a+ b.
4. Connect the plugs of the cables for the LED lamps. Insert
both air inlets according to fig. 9. For this purpose, insert the
loops at the outsides first.

de câble, glisser la gaine rétrécissable et tordre le bout du câble
d'origine avec le câble du faisceau marqué « B » (bleu / 58 feu
de position). Glisser l'extrémité libre du câble d'origine et les
extrémités de câble tordues dans un raccord de câbles et les
sertir à l'aide d'une pince électrique. Glisser la gaine
rétrécissable sur l'ensemble et chauffer à l'aide d'un appareil à
air chaud (fig. 4.a.- 4.d.).

Continuer en retirant la fiche avec le câble gris-noir (pos. 4)
qui se trouve au-dessous du maître-cylindre de frein
(seulement possible si la batterie a été démontée !) et couper le
câble à une distance suffisante de la fiche. Isoler les extrémités
de câble et le raccorder au câble du faisceau marqué « C »
(rouge / + 15 allumage) en procédant de la même manière qu'à
l´étape 3. Le fusible 5A fourni doit absolument être monté bien
accessible sur le câble marqué « C » (rouge/ + 15 allumage)
(fig. 5.e.).
Note !!!
Si votre véhicule ne dispose pas d'un transmetteur du cylindre
de frein, vous pourrez réaliser la connexion avec le
transmetteur de la marche arrière (+15 allumage).
Fixer le faisceau de câbles aux endroits appropriés à l'aide

des colliers de câble fournis.

La fonction de feu de jour + feu de position de l'appareil de
commande (variation des LED à feu allumé) est activée départ
usine. Si vous souhaitez désactiver cette fonction, ceci
s'effectue à l'aide d'une routine de programmation et non plus
en changeant la position des fiches sur l'appareil de comannde.
Note :
Veuillez absolument observer les instructions de vernissage
lors du vernissage des entrées d'air ! Eviter le vernissage des
bandes de spongieux au dos (appliquer du ruban adhésif) car
ceci altérerait leur élasticité. Appliquer les autres bandes de
spongieux après le vernissage (voir fig. 8). Avant le vernissage,
démonter les feux à LED.
Démontage de la grille de sport d'origine et des entrées
d'air et montage de la grille de sport Milotec avec les feux
de jour à LED:
1.
Retirer les deux recouvrements extérieurs du pare-chocs (à
l'aide d'un tournevis ou similaire) (fig. 6.a.). Aux endroits
indiqués, vous trouverez des supports qui doivent être
détachés à l'aide d'un tournevis.
2.
Retirer ensuite la partie centrale (fig. 6.b.). Acet effert, il faut
détruire les œillets se trouvant derrière les points de fixation
indiqué sur le plan (fig. 7). Le démontage requiert de la force
physique.
