MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Lieferumfang:
1x Satz * B- oder B/C- Säulenverkleidung mit Selbstklebestreifen
* 20104L: 4-teilig

* 6420 : 10-teilig 4
2x Isopropanol-Reinigungstuch
1x Sika-Primer-206 Stix 1,4 ml (nur bei 64104 und 64204)
1x Montageanleitung
Wichtig: Vor der Montage die transparente Oberflächen-Schutzfolie unbedingt von den
Teilen entfernen!
Hinweis: Die Montage muss in einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Raum bei
mindestens +20°C Raumtemperatur durchgeführt werden. Bei der Montage direkte
Sonneneinwirkung vermeiden, sowie nicht essen und trinken. Die vorgesehenen
Klebeflächen am Fahrzeug zuerst sorgfältig säubern und mit den Reinigungstüchern
entfetten - dabei die Oberflächen bitte nur in einer Richtung bearbeiten.
Vorsicht: Mit Isopropanol getränkte Reinigungstücher sind leicht entflammbar - deshalb
bei der Montage nicht rauchen!!
Wichtig (nur bei 64104 und 64204): Vor dem Verkleben der Teile 5. und 6. (siehe Bild
Seite 2/2) an den Fensterführungen (Gummi) der hinteren Türen müssen diese
unbedingt mit Primer behandelt werden. Dazu den Primer-Stix ‚knacken' und leicht
drücken, damit der Primer die Faserspitze befeuchtet. Die Flächen mit dem Primer dünn
bestreichen und ca. 20 Minuten ablüften lassen.
1. Die Teile einzeln gemäß Nummerierung den entsprechenden Säulen zuordnen (siehe
Bilder Seite 2/2). Der korrekte Sitz muss vor der Verklebung gewährleistet sein - bei
mehrmaligen Versuchen ist die sichere Haftung nicht mehr garantiert!
2. Die Applikationsfolie vorsichtig von den Selbstklebestreifen entfernen und die Teile
auf die entsprechenden Stellen aufdrücken.
Wichtig: Während der Trockenzeit darf das Fahrzeug nicht direkter Sonneneinwirkung
ausgesetzt werden! Den Fahrbetrieb erst wieder nach 6 Stunden aufnehmen. Vor Ablauf
von 24 Stunden darf keine Waschanlage benutzt werden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

2x Isopropanole cleaning tissue
1x Sika-Primer-206 Stix 1,4 ml (only with 64104 and 64204)
1x fitting instructions
Important: Before the assembly it is absolutely necessary to remove the transparent
protective foil (only silver parts)
Note: The assembly must be performed in a dry and well ventilated room at a room
temperature of at least + 20°C. With the assembly avoid direct sun effect, as well as not
food and drink. The intended adhesive surfaces in the vehicle first carefully clean and
degrease with the cleaning tissue - besides, the surfaces please, only in one direction
treat.
Caution: Isopropanole cleaning tissues are highly flammable - this is why it is not
allowed to smoke during assembly!!
Important (only at 64104 and 64204): Before covering the parts 5. and 6. (see picture
page 2/2) in the window guidances (rubber) of the rear doors these must be treated at all
costs with primer. 'Crack' the Primer-Stix and press it slightly, so that the primer moistens
the fiber tip. Apply the primer to the adhesive surfaces on the parts and let it dry for
approx. 20 minutes.
1. The parts separately in accordance with numbering assign to the appropriate pillars
(see pictures page 2/2). The correct seat must be guaranteed before the adjustment -
with repeated attempts the sure adhesion is not guaranteed any
more!
2. The application foil remove carefully from the selfadhesive strips and impress the
parts on the appropriately places.
Important: Do not expose the car to direct sunlight while it is drying. The vehicle is ready
for driving after 6 hours only. The vehicle can be driven through a carwash after 24 hours.

MONTÁŽNÍ NÁVOD
Návod uschovejte pro účely kontroly a STK!
Obsah balení:
1x sada krytů dveřních sloupků * s oboustrannou lepící páskou

* 64204: sada 10-ti dílů
2x odmašťovací ubrousek
1x trubička Sika primer-206 1,4 ml (pouze u kat.č. 64104 a 64204)
1x montážní návod
Důležité: Před montáží odstraňte z vnější strany plastových výlisků ochrannou fólii.
Upozornění: Montáž provádějte v suchém a větratelném prostředí při teplotě min.
+20°C. Lepení neprovádějte na sluníčku. Při montáži nejezte ani nepijte. Plochy pro
lepení musí být suché a zbavené nečistot, tyto je třeba dále odmastit přiloženými
odmašťovacími ubrousky - povrch jimi utírejte jen v jednom směru.
Pozor: Odmašťovací ubrousky jsou napuštěny isopropanolem který je vysoce hořlavý,
proto při montáži nekuřte!
Důležité (pouze pro kat.č. 64104 a 64204): Před lepením dílů č. 5 a 6 (viz.obr. na
str.2/2) je zapotřebí natřít příslušné plochy pryžového vedení okna pro přilepení dílů
primerem. Ohnutím zlomte přiloženou trubičku a lehce stlačte tak, aby se nasál její
porézní knot. Trubičkou s nasáklým knotem pak natřete pouze výše zmíněné pryžové
plochy sloupků na obou stranách vozu, primer nechte zhruba 20 minut zavadnout.
1. Srovnejte si jednotlivé zespod očíslované díly krytů sloupků (viz. schema na str. 2/2).
Požadované polohy krytů při lepení musí být docíleno napoprvé - případná korekce
polohy výrazně snižuje adhezi lepených spojů.
2. Opatrně s ejměte krycí fólii oboustranné lepící pásky a nalepte díly na své místo. Pro
dokonalou adhezi díly po nalepení přitlačte.
Důležité: Po dobu šesti hodin nesmí být díly vystaveny přímému slunečnímu svitu.
Opětovné uvedení vozidla do provozu je možné po 6-ti hodinách od dokončení montáže.
Po dobu 24 hodin by neměla být používána myčka.

Important: Devant le montage éloignent la pellicule protectrice de surfaces
transparente absolument des parties!
Note: Le montage doit être réalisé dans un local sec et bien aéré à une tem-pérature
ambiante d'au moins +20°C. Au montage évitent l'influence de soleil directe ainsi que ne
mangent pas et boivent. Les surfaces collantes prévues au véhicule d'abord avec soin
nettoient et dégraissent avec les chiffons de nettoyage - avec cela les surfaces, s'il vous
plaît, seulement dans une direction travaillent.
Attention: Les chiffons imprégnés d'isopropanol sont facilement inflammables - donc
ne jamais fumer pendant le montage!!
Important (se ulement à 6410 et 6420 ): Avant de déguiser les pièces 5. et
l'image la page 2/2) aux visites guidées de fenêtre (caoutchouc) des portes arrières,
ceux-ci doivent être traités absolument avec p
une légère pression afin que le primaire puisse humecter la pointe à fibres. Appliquer du
primaire sur les surfaces de collage des pièces et laisser aérer pendant env. 20 minutes.
1. Les pièces séparément selon le numérotage classent dans les colonnes
corresponda ntes (cf. des images la page 2/2).
fixation - aux tentatives répétées, la responsabilité sûre n'est plus garantie!
2. La feuille d'application éloignent prudement des auto-adhésifs et appuient les pièces
sur les places en conséquence.
Important: Pendant la période de séchage, le véhicule ne doit pas être directement
exposé aux rayons solaires. La conduite ne peut être reprise qu'au bout de six heures.
Le car-wash est de nouveau possible au bout de 24 heures.
