MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Lieferumfang:

Wichtig: Vor der Montage die transparente Oberflächen-
Schutzfolie unbedingt von den Teilen (nur bei ABS silber)
entfernen!
Hinweis: Beim Lackieren der Lufteinl ässe unbedingt den
Lackierhinweis befolgen! Die Moosgummistreifen auf der
Rückseite dürfen nicht lackiert werden (vorher abkleben),
da sonst die Elastizität beeinträchtigt wird. Bitte beachten
Sie die richtige Positionierung des Typenaufklebers gemäß
TÜV-Bescheinigung.
1. Beide äußeren Abdeckungen (mittels Schrauben-zieher
o.ä .) aus dem Stoßfänger herausziehen (Bild 1). An den
abgebildeten Stellen befinden sich Nasen, die mit dem
Schraubenzieher gelöst werden müssen.
2. Danach das mittlere Teil herausziehen (Bild 2). Hierbei
müssen die hinter den auf dem Bild ersichtlichen
Befestigungspunkten sitzenden Haltenasen zerstört
werden (Bild 3). Beim Ausbau ist ein erhöhter Kraftaufwand
notwendig.
3. Die Moosgummistreifen auf die in Bild 4 markierten
Stellen der Lufteinlässe aufkleben.
4. Beide Lufteinlässe gemäß Bild 5 einsetzen. Hierbei bitte
zuerst die Laschen an denAussenseiten einführen.
5. Das Streckgitter im Edelstahlrahmen mittig ausrichten
und beide Teile zusammen in den Stoßfänger einsetzen
(Bild 6). Falls notwendig, die vier Halteklammern vorsichtig
beibiegen.
6. Bitte unbedingt abschliessend den sichern Sitz aller Teile
überprüfen, ggf. nochmals ei ne Korrektur der
Halteklammern vornehmen, um die Stabilität des
Sportgitters zu gewährleisten!

MONTÁŽNÍ NÁVOD
Obsah balení:

Důležité: Před montáží odstraňte z vnější strany plast.
výlisku ochrannou fólii (pouze u stříbrného ABS).
Upozornění: Při lakování přívodů vzduchu z ABS dbejte
přiloženého návodu pro lakování. Pěnové proužky přilepené
na zadní straně dílů nesmí být přelakovány, aby neztratily
elastické vlastnosti. Ostatní pěnové profily přiložené v balení
nalepte až po případném nalakování bočních plastových dílů.
Nálepku s označením typu výrobku nalepte zespod do
větracího otvoru na pravý boční přívod vzduchu (ve směru
jízdy).
1. Například pomocí šroubováku dle obr.1 nejprve
demontujte oba dva boční díly originální mřížky nárazníku (v
místech vyobrazení šroubováků mají boční díly západku).
2. Dále pokračujte demontáží prostředního dílu originální
mřížky, jež vyžaduje použití větší síly. Na obr.2 jsou
vyznačeny body, kde je mřížka zaklesnuta svými oky v
nárazníku. Zaklesnutí mřížky bohužel nelze nijak uvolnit a
proto je nutné mřížku vyjmout tím způsobem, že dojde k
postupnému roztržení zaklesnutých ok mřížky (viz.detail na
obr.3).
3. Pokračujte usazením pěnových profilů na oba boční
přívody vzduchu na svá místa, viz. obr.4.
4. Dle obr.5 postupně usaďte oba dva boční přívody vzduchu
na svá místa.
5. Nakonec opatrně nasaďte prostřední mřížku z tahokovu
současně s rámečkem z ušlechtilé oceli. Je-li třeba,
poupravte sklon kovových západek po obvodu rámečku.
6. Ujistěte se o dostatečně pevném usazení a zaklesnutí
mřížky do nárazníku. Tuto zkoušku / popř. korekci kovových
západek neradno podceňovat - špatně upevněná mřížka
může mít za následek ztrátu celého kompletu!

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
The pack contains:

4x self-adhesive sponge rubber strips 4,5x15x25 mm

Important: Before the assembly remove the transparent
surfaces-protection foil at all costs from the parts

Note: Please strictly observe the painting note when
painting the air inlets ! Do not paint the sponge rubber strips
on the back (protect by adhesive tape before), as this may
affect the elasticity.
1. Pull off both outer covers (using a screwdriver or similar)
from the bumper (fig. 1). The illustrated points show holders,
which have to be released using a screwdriver.
2. Then remove the center part (fig. 2). For this purpose the
retaining eyelets behind the fixing points (visible in the
figure) must be destroyed (fig. 3). The removal requires
increased energy.
3. Attach the sponge rubber strips to the air inlet points
marked in fig. 4.
4. Insert both air inlets as shown in fig. 5. Please insert the
latches at the outsides first.
5. Align the rib mesh to the center of the stainless steel
frame and insert both parts together into the bumper (fig. 6).
If required, bent the four fixing clamps carefully into the
suited form.
6. Finally, please strictly check the safe seat of any parts and
correct the fixing clamps, if required, to ensure the stability
of the sports grille!

tout d'abord les languettes sur les bords extérieurs.
5. Positionner la grille au centre du cadre en acier
inoxydable et insérer les deux éléments dans le pare-chocs
(fig. 6). Si besoin plier soigneusement les agrafes de
fixation.
6. Veuillez absolument contrôler le bon positionnement et
fonctionnement des composants et effectuer, le cas
échéant, une correction de la positon des agrafes de
fixation afin de garantir une bonne stabilité de la grille de
sport !
