Lieferumfang:
62204 - 1 Paar Spoilerecken vorne oder
64804 - 1 Paar Seitenschweller oder
61004 - 1 Paar Heckschürzenecken (für Limousine)
oder
62004 - 1 Paar Heckschürzenecken (für Combi)
2x PU-Kleber 50 ml mit Düsen
2x Isopropanol-Reinigungstuch
1x Betaprime 5600 - 15 ml + Pinsel (nicht bei 64804, da
nicht notwendig)
2 x S chleifpapier
1x Primer-Stix-/PU-Kleber-Hinweis

Hinweis:
Die Montage in einer Fachwerkstatt wird empfohlen!
Wichtig:
Vor dem Lackieren die Teile unbedingt bei einer
Probemontage auf Passgenauigkeit überprüfen, da an der
Karosserie Fertigungstoleranzen bestehen können.
Gegebenenfalls müssen die Teile mittels geeignetem
Werkzeug oder Schleifpapier an die vorgesehenen Stellen
angepasst werden.
Hinweis:
Bei Teilen, die lackiert werden, bitte unbedingt den
beiliegenden Lackierhinweis beachten! Die Klebeflächen
müssen frei von Lackiernebel bleiben. Die Montage muss in
einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Raum bei mindestens
+20°C Raumtemperatur durchgeführt werden.
Hinweis:
Bei der Montage direkte Sonneneinwirkung vermeiden,
sowie nicht essen und trinken. Die vorgesehenen
Klebeflächen am Fahrzeug zuerst sorgfältig säubern und
ebenso wie die Klebeflächen der Teile mit den
Reinigungstüchern entfetten - dabei die Oberfl
nur in einer Richtung bearbeiten (Bild 1.,6.,9.). Dies gilt
auch für die innen zu verklebenden Flächen.
Vorsicht:
Mit Isopropanol getränkte Reinigungstücher sind leicht
entflammbar - deshalb bei der Montage nicht rauchen!!
1. Die Teile an den vorgesehenen Stellen anhalten, den
korrekten Sitz prüfen und die Konturen mit einem Stift
anzeichnen (Bild 2.,10.) - so genannte Trockenübung. Dies
gilt hauptsächlich für die vorderen Spoilerecken und die
Heckschürzenecken.

Upozornění:
Montáž doporučujeme svěřit odbornému servisu.
Důlěžité:
Před lakováním dílů a vlastní montáží bezpodmínečně
vyzkoušejte lícování dílů s karoserií Vašeho vozu. Z důvodu
výrobních a montážních tolerancí dílů karoserií automobilů
je někdy zapotřebí drobných úprav lepených dílů vhodným
nástrojem nebo brusným papírem.
Upozornění:
Při lakování dbejte přiloženého návodu pro lakování.
Plochy plastových dílů k lepení (na zadní straně) nesmí být
přelakovány. Nejlépe je tyto zalepit páskou. Montáž
provádějte v suchém a větratelném prostředí při teplotě
min. +20°C.
Upozornění:
Montáž neprovádějte na přímém slunečním svitu. Při
montáži nejezte ani nepijte. Příslušné plochy k lepení
nejprve důkladně očistěte a poté odmastěte přiloženými
odmašťovacími ubrousky. Odmastěte i plochy lepených
ächen bitte
dílů, přitom povrch utírejte jen v jednom směru (viz.obr.1, 6,
9).
Pozor:
Odmašťovací ubrousky jsou napuštěny isopropanolem
který je vysoce hořlavý, proto při montáži nekuřte!!
1. Díly usaďte nanečisto na své místo a označte si jejich
správnou polohu (viz.obr. 2. a 10.) - tzv. zkouška nanečisto.
Toto platí hlavně u dílů předního a zadního nárazníku.

Note:
We recommend an assembly in a workshop!
Important:
Before painting make sure to check the exact fit of the parts
as the body might have work tolerances.
If required, sandpaper the surfaces to be processed or
adjust with other suitable tool so that these fit the intended
place.
Note:
If parts will be painted, please strictly observe the attached
painting instructions! The adhesive surfaces must be free of
spraying paint. The assembly must be performed in a dry
and well ventilated room at a room temperature of at least +
20°C.
Note:
Avoid direct sun light and do not eat and drink during
assembly. First, thoroughly clean the intended adhesive
areas of the vehicle and degrease with the cleaning tissues
– please process the surfaces in one direction only (fig. 1.,
6., 9.). This also applies to the surfaces to be glued.
Caution:
Isopropanole cleaning tissues are highly flammable – this is
why it is not allowed to smoke during assembly!!
1. Hold the parts to the intended points, check the correct fit
and mark the contours with a pen (fig. 2.,10.) - so-called dry
run. This mainly applies to the front spoiler edges and the
rear apron edges.
2. After marking, prepare the surfaces to be processed.
First, apply Betaprime 5600 to the marked surfaces of the
front and rear bumpers – not required for type 64804 rear
side sills (fig. 3.,11.).

puisque non nécessaire)

Note :
Il est recommandé de faire réaliser le montage dans un
atelier agréé !
Important:
Avant le vernissage, vérifier absolument que les
dimensions de toutes les pièces soient correctes en
réalisant un montage d'essai car la carrosserie peut
présenter des tolérances de fabrication. Le cas échéant,
ajuster soigneusement les surfaces à l'aide du papier émeri
ou d'autres outils appropriés de manière a ce qu'elles
s'adaptent aux endroits prévus.
Note :
En ce qui concerne les pièces devant être vernies, veuillez
absolument observer les instructions de vernissage ci-
jointes. Les surfaces de collage doivent être exemptes de
brouillards de peinture. Le montage doit être réalisé dans un
local sec et bien aéré à une température ambiante d'au
moins +20°C.
Note :
Pendant le montage éviter une exposition directe aux
rayons solaires et ne pas manger ni boire. Nettoyer d'abord
les surfaces du véhicule prévues pour le collage et les
dégraisser, ainsi que les surfaces de collage des pièces,
avec le chiffon de nettoyage, en veillant de ne glisser que
dans une seule direction (fig. 1, 6, 9). Ceci vaut également
pour les surfaces à encoller qui se trouvent à l'intérieur.
Attention :
Les chiffons imprégnés d'isopropanol sont facilement
inflammables – donc ne jamais fumer pendant le montage !!
