PREPARATION

* Remove the rear mud flaps.
* Remove the rear bumper and remove: The inside reinforcement
(model 1999) and the bumper attachments (model 2000).
ASSEMBLY
* Insert the towing in the spars and fasten temporarily with the nuts and bolts X.
* Outline temporarily the 2 Benchmark holes B on the rear skirt and then remove the towing.
* Point the center of the markings and drill with a diameter of 11mm (the rear skirt only).
* Position the cap at the center of the sheet metal of the boot and remove,
* Insert carefully the 2 tapped slabs through the opening
and position them at the level of the 2 benchmark holes B.
* Position the 2 crosspieces on the towing B with the nuts and bolts Y,
then fasten the towing on the vehicle with the nuts and bolts X and Y.
* Perform a cutting in the center of the bumper according to the opposite diagram.
* Model 1999 : Put the bumper back with the new attachments and the nuts
and bolts W as well as the mud flaps
* Model 2000 : Cut the reinforcement of the bumper following the attached plan
and put the bumper back by fastening it to the holes of benchmark C.
FINISHING
* Tighten all the nuts and bolts to the torque indicated as follows.
