Installation Instructions

In order to prevent false alarms, the installation location
should be at least 1 m away from a lamp.
Movements (e.g. vibrations) of the device have the same
effect as movements in the detection area (e.g. shrubs,
flowers, curtains, etc.) and can lead to false triggering.
Therefore, fixed installation of the devices is mandatory.
• In order to make installation easier, the drilling
template printed on the packaging can be used.
• Hold the drilling template in place, mark the drill holes
and drill the holes with Ø 6 mm drill.
• Push in plugs and screw on the housing base/mounting
plate or corner bracket.
• Fit the rubber grommet for the cable feed-through and
feed connection line through it.
• The cable entry point must be perfectly sealed!
• Establish electrical connection.
• Place the motion switch housing on the mounting plate
and screw it on.
Back-up Fuse
The device and the connected consumers must be
protected by upstream protective devices.
If you select the appropriate protective devices, the
corresponding applicable guidelines must be observed.
