AUTO Mode
In auto mode, the connected consumer is automatically
switched on as soon as a motion is detected and the
ambient light is below the set LUX switch-on threshold.
If a motion is no longer detected and the set switch-on
time has expired, the connected consumer is turned off
automatically.

Manual Operation

(Manual switch-on using an external switch)
Run the power supply to the motion switch through an
open switch contact and connect to terminal (L) of the
motion switch.
The motion switch can be manually switched on for up
to max. 8 hours continuous light. After the maximum
ON time of 8 hours has expired, the motion switch
automatically switches off.
• Motion switch is set to AUTO mode
• LUX dimmer threshold currently inactive
• Consumer/lamp is switched off
To manually turn on the consumer, press the switch in the
supply circuit within 2 seconds as follows:
OFF – ON – OFF –ON
If a lamp is connected to the motion switch, it is switched
on for 3 seconds, switched off for 2 seconds and then
switched on permanently to continuous operation. The
maximum ON time is 8 hours. Once the maximum ON
time of 8 hours has expired, the motion switch switches off
automatically.
