Problem
Machine has no power or
rollers are not rolling.
Excessive noise
Bad lamination
No increase of Temp.
Frequent curling of film
Corner is not sealed
Emergenza.

Cause
• Power code is not properly
plugged in
• Power switch off
• Operation of gear is not smooth.
• Laminated document wrinkled,
damp, or folded.
• Check power plug.
• 1) check the film was cut off
or the un-adjoined side was
inserted first
• 2) check the cleaning of rollers.
• Document is too thick to seal the
edges of the film.
• Something may be stuck Betwe-
en the heated rollers or they are
out of position.

Solution
• Check the power plug is properly
plugged
• Check the power switch is turned
on or contact support.
• Turn off the machine, and then
contact A/S.
• Adjust the000 temperature lower
or higher.
• Check if the power plug and
switch is turned on or contact
support.
• Insert film by the sealed direction.
• Clean the rollers regularly.
• Use a thinner document or leave
more around the edges, aprox.
5mm
• Turn off the switch.
• Contact A/S.
