1 Attach the complete bracket (4) to the robot.
2 Introduce the guide tube (7) through the bore of the complete bracket (4) from behind,
screw together and secure with the set screw (8).
3 Unscrew the cylinder head screws (3) and slide the cable assembly (5) through the
complete bracket (4) as far as it will go. Positioning is possible in 90° increments.
4 Connect the cable of the safety switch-off circuit to the CAT torch mount.
5 Introduce the torch body (1) into the cable assembly (5) from the front and secure it with the
connection nut (2).
6 Use the cylinder head screws (14) to attach the bracket (16) to the torch body (1). Only
use the bracket (16) with the ABIPLAS
7 Use the nut (9) to screw the guide (10) onto the guide tube (7).
8 Screw the knurled screw (11) for the cold-wire feeder (12) into the bracket (16).
9 Unscrew the knurled screw (11) enough to allow the cold-wire feeder (12) to be pivoted out
laterally.
10Screw the feeding nozzle (13) onto the cold-wire feeder.
