TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

WARNING
This unit must be serviced by qualified personnel only.
Service by unqualified personnel may lead to electric
shock or burn.
Symptom
Unit is on, but no lights.
Food cavity not hot enough. Temperature Control set too low.
Food cavity too hot.
No heat, but light works.
No heat and no light.
Troubleshooting Questions?
If you continue to have problems resolving an issue, please
contact the nearest authorized Hatco Service agency or Hatco
for assistance. To locate the nearest Service agency, log onto

Probable Cause
Light bulb defective.
Blown fuse.
Heating element(s) not working.
Temperature Control not working properly. Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
Excessive air movement around unit.
Unit connected to incorrect power supply. Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
Temperature Control set too high.
Temperature Control not working properly. Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
Unit connected to incorrect power supply. Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
Temperature Control set too low.
Heating element(s) not working.
Temperature Control not working properly. Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
Power turned OFF.
Circuit breaker tripped.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAzARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before
performing any cleaning, setup, or maintenance.
Replace light bulb.
Replace blown fuse. Follow "Replacing a Fuse"
procedure in the maINTENaNCE section.
adjust Temperature Control to a higher setting.

Restrict or redirect air movement (i.e., air conditioning
duct or exhaust fan) away from unit or install flip-up
doors on unit to contain heat and block air flow.
