APPLICATIONS

WARNING
• The motor pump must run without exceeding the pressure limits indicated on the identification
plate (7).
The pump applications must be carried out in line with the state of the art of mechanics. The Manufacturer's
Technical Assistance Service is at the disposal of Specialist Technicians to provide any information
required.

HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS

WARNING
• The suction pipes must have an internal diameter equal to the external diameter of the suction
couplings and a nominal pressure equal to 5 bar (73 psi) and must not have any kind of bottlenecks.
• The delivery pipes must have an internal diameter equal to the external diameter of the delivery
couplings and must have a nominal pressure not less than the maximum pressure of the pump.
• All pipes must be fixed securely with clamps to the respective couplings.
For the hydraulic suction and delivery connections, refer to the following table and Fig. 6, which represents
a general layouts of a possible machine incorporating the motor pump.
The suction and delivery couplings are connected to the motor pumps of Diaphragm Geopump models
using a snap­on coupling with tightening hook (refer to Fig. 5).
