INTENDED USE

WARNING
• The motor pump must not be operated independently, but is destined exclusively for
incorporation in another machine.
• The membrane motor pump is destined exclusively for incorporation in machines for the following
uses:
- crop spraying and protection in farming and gardening;
- pumping detergents and dyes in water solutions;
- pumping water not for food use;
- transferring non-viscous liquids.
• The gear motor pump is destined exclusively for incorporation in machines for the following uses:
- pumping water not for food use;
- for transferring non-corrosive liquids with max. viscosity 85 cst.
• The motor pump is not destined for incorporation in machines for pumping:
- chemical solutions for which you are not sure of the compatibility with the materials of the motor
pump;
- all kinds of fuels;
- inflammable liquids or liquid gases;
- liquids for food use;
- all kinds of solvents and thinners;
- all kinds of paints;
- liquids containing granules or solid parts in suspension.
• The motor pump must not be incorporated in machines destined for washing persons, animals, powered
electrical equipment, delicate objects, the motor pump itself or the machine it is incorporated in.
• The motor pump is not suited for incorporation in machines destined to run in environments with
particular conditions such as corrosive or explosive atmospheres.
• For incorporation in machines destined to work on board vehicles, ships or planes, contact the
Manufacturer's Technical Assistance Services as special precautions or instructions may be required.
All other use is deemed improper.
The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage deriving from improper or incorrect use.
PRELIMINARY ACTIVITIES
WARNING
• The motor pump must not be put into service if the machine it is incorporated in does
not comply with the safety requirements laid down in the European Directives. This is
guaranteed by the presence of the
the Manufacturer of the machine incorporating the motor pump.
• Also follow the instructions contained in the use and maintenance manual of the machine
incorporating the motor pump.
• Check that all outlets are closed or connected to utilities in a closed position (e.g. taps in the "OFF"
position).
• Check that all hooks (5) present are correctly inserted.
• Check the tightening of the clamps connecting the pipes to their respective couplings.
• Make sure that the moving parts of the motor pump are suitably protected and that are not accessible
to people not involved in machine operation.
• Do not use the motor pump (or the machine incorporating it) in the event that:
- the power cable or other important parts such as high pressure pipes and safety devices are
marking and the declaration of conformity issued by
