4. WAY OF FUNCTIONING
This electric lava rock grill enables to make natural, healthy, testy and easy-to-digest
grills. Lava rock reacts as the same way as wood embers, spreading the heat evenly
across the cooking surface and absorbing the fats. This range was conceived for out-
door use, in the open air, but you can also use it indoor taking care to respect the se-
curity instructions.
To turn on your grill, turn the energy regulator knob (n°3 on picture) on the desired
position. Set the energy regulator on maximum power if you wish a quick preheating.
Once the orange pilot light (n°2 on picture), your machine is ready for cooking.
