12. Function
Triggering water flow
12.1 Press the Piezo-button.
• Water flows.
• Water flow stops automatically after the set flow duration time has passed or when
the Piezo-button is pushed again.
Flow duration
The flow duration has been factory-set to 30 s. The flow duration can be altered in
increments of 0.1 seconds, from 1 – 6500 s.

15. Setting the Scald-protector
Warning!
If the hot-water supply temperature is more than 45 °C, set the scald-protector.
Failure to observe can cause bodily harm due to scalding.

The scald-protector (hot water limit) is factory set to 40 °C (in compliance with
DIN 1988) . Before using, set the plant-specific parameters.
15.1 Remove the cover platelet (a).
15.2 Loosen the screw (b).
15.3 Remove the temperature selection knob (c) and the stop ring (d).
15.4 Trigger the valve.
15.5 The temperature can be made freely selectable or it can be set to a permanent value.
➀ To set the temperature to be freely selectable:
Use the regulating nut (e) to set the maximum water temperature, e. g. to 40
C.
