moving springs in and out of the spring compressor. The floor around the workstation must be cleared
of objects or fluids that could make the operator slip or fall.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Shut off the engine before service or maintenance.
After completing service or maintenance make sure that shields and safety measures are in place and
working.
Failure to follow this warning can cause serious injury.

How?
Check for visible wire mesh and leaks.
Replace any worn or damaged tubes before
starting the engine.
Check that oil level is between the 2 strokes
on the dipstick. If necessary, add sufficient
amount of low freezing point hydraulic oil
Check for cracks and leaks. Replace any
damaged fittings before starting the engine
Check for loose bolts
Lubricate the column with
lithium grease
Lubricate the sliding block
with grease
Remove any dirt
