Installation
• Secure the guide to the brackets using the screws inserted
in the external tracks earlier (fi g.11-ref.1).
• Secure the coupling to the middle of the top part of the
door using the 4 special screws (fi g.12-ref.1).
• Remove the cover from the carriage as shown in fi g.13.
• Insert the drive rod in the housing and secure it using the
special screw (fi g.13-ref.1).
• Refi t the cover by clicking it into place making sure that the
release cable is inserted in the outfeed hole (fi g.13-ref.2).
ASSEMBLY ON ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS
• Secure the free end of the drive rod on the door coupling
using the special cylindrical pin and split pin (fi g.14-ref.1-
2).
ASSEMBLY ON UP-AND-OVER DOORS
(USING SPECIAL ARM)
• Position the special arm on the door and secure it in the
couplings using the special screws (fi g.16-ref.1 and 2).
• Secure the arm to the drive rod using the bolts and
self-locking nuts (fi g.16-ref.3).
CAUTION! Maintain the distances specifi ed in fi g.15
and 16.
• Lower the release cable through the hole in the coupling
(fi g.14-ref.3 or fi g.16-ref.4).
• Lubricate the chain with grease.
