    ENGLISH 1. DESCRIPTION The GRANVISTA NEXT OPEN display cabinet is available in two different heights and three diffe- rent widths. The range includes also head cabinets for the completion of back-to-back runs as well. The cabinet is appropriate for the preservation and self-service sale of fresh and/or pre- packed products.

START-UP INSTRUCTIONS: We strongly recommend that you thoroughly clean the systems before filling up and com- pletely drain the system after filling. To prevent the risk of scaling and deposit of inhibition systems, we recommend you use demineralized water.

    12. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS 1) The display case will not start or will not keep on working: • there may be a general black-out; • the wall main switch may be off. If power failure is not due to any of the above causes, call the nearest after-sales service immediately, empty the display case and store the foods in coldrooms or refrigerators that may ensure preservation temperature.

    DEUTSCH 1. BESCHREIBUNG DES KÜHLMÖBELS Das GRANVISTA NEXT OPEN-Kühlmöbel ist in vier verschiedenen Längen, zwei Höhen und indrei Breiten erhältlich. Zur Fertigstellung der "back to back" Möbelreihen (Rücken an Rücken) ist seri- enmäßig ein Kopfmöbel. Das Kühlmöbel eignet sich bestens für das Aufbewahren und Ausstellen von Frischwaren und/oder verpackten Waren zur Selbsbedienung.

Der Trennschalter muß unmittelbar in der Nähe des Kühlmöbels angebracht werden (höchstens 3m Abstand) und muß IM NOT- FALL vom Betreiber leicht betätigt werden können.

GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG Das Kühlmöbel wurde so geplant und hergestellt, daß es für die Aufbewahrung von fri- schen, verpackten Lebensmitteln, Getränken und Milchprodukten geeignet ist (Klimaklasse 3H-3M2-3M1 je nach Beschaffenheit). Das Möbel behält die Temperatur der Lebensmittel bei, kann sie aber nicht weiter senken. Deshalb darf das Möbel nur mit solchen Lebensmitteln beschickt werden, die SCHON DIE GEFORDERTE LAGERTEMPERATUR BESIT- ZEN.

    In Anlagen, in denen diese Flüssigkeiten verwendet werden, müssen die gültigen Hygiene- und Gesundheitsvorschriften berücksichtigt werden. Es muss außerdem dafür Sorge getra- gen werden, dass keine Flüssigkeiten ins Trinkwasser gelangen. Es muss ein Korrosionshemmstoff eingesetzt werden. EMPFEHLUNGEN FÜR DIE INBETRIEBNAHME: Es ist dringend empfohlen, eine gründliche Reinigung der Anlage vorzunehmen, bevor sie aufgefüllt wird.

El mueble es apto para la conservación y la venta autoservicio de productos frescos y/o pre-empaquetados.

  • Page 46 ESCOLHA DOS LÍQUIDOS DE TRANSFERÊNCIA DE CALOR São autorizados apenas os líquidos monoetilenoglicol e monopropilenicoglicol com con- centrações superiores a 30%. As instalações para as quais estes líquidos estão previstos devem respeitar as normas de saúde em vigor e serem dotadas, nomeadamente, de um sistema para evitar a descarga eventual m águas potáveis.
