Note!
• Mount compressed air connector G ¼" (interior thread) or matching
SATA-quick-action coupling G ¼" (interior thread) (item no. 13599,
not included in delivery) on the ball tap [1-6].
• For regular filter maintenance, replace and activate the SATA filter
timer of the respective filter stage (sintered filters and fine filters every
6 months, activated carbon filters every 3 months).
1. Connect suitable compressed air hose.
2. Turn the pressure adjustment knob [1-5] in counterclockwise direction
to the maximum; state = closed
3. Fully open ball valve [1-6]
4. Turn pressure adjustment knob [1-5] to the right until required pres-
sure is displayed on the pressure gauge [1-3].
5. Control pressure when operating the spray gun (trigger fully pulled)
and re-adjust, if necessary.

Function
9.1. Filter stage [A]:
The first filter stage separates particles > 5 µm as well as condensed wa-
ter and oil. The sintered filter (Art. No. 22160) is integrated in the filter.
Note!
Sintered filter:
• Fineness 5µm
• Surface 100 cm²
The automatic condensate drain valve [1-9] only works properly when the
filter is vertically mounted. If a certain condensate filling level is reached
inside the filter housing [1-12], the condensate drain valve opens auto-
matically draining the condensate through the condensate drain hose [1-
10] into the collection container (not included in delivery) until just a small
residual quantity remains.
9.2. Filter stage [B]:
The fine filter cartridge (Art. No. 148270) of the second filter stage sepa-
rates smallest particles.
