NOTE
Replacement of spare parts, which is accomplished by removing the bearing support flanges
("D" position, paragraph 2.1), must always be carried out at an authorized service center, since
special tools must be used in order to avoid damage to people or things.

NOTE
The instructions and/or advice contained in the PIT-01 table are to be considered as guidelines
and may be modified on the basis of the operators' direct experience in relation to specific
maintenance operations and applications.

AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE

10.1 Warranty

Visam s.r.l. guarantees the Vibrator for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date indicated in
the sales document, provided that the operating conditions under paragraph 2.5 and the indications
stated in this document are complied with, and that the Vibrator has not been tampered by third
parties.
NOTE
The warranty only covers repair and/or replacement of spare parts recognized to be defective,
due to production fault, by an authorized center or directly by Visam s.r.l. technical Customer
Service Dept. The warranty does not apply to electrical components or parts that are subject
to normal wear and tear.
NOTE
In case of a request for repair/and or replacement under warranty, the Vibrator must be properly
packaged, making sure it is complete in all its parts, and shipped to Visam s.r.l. at sender's cost.
10.2 Spare parts request
NOTE
In order to properly identify the spare part required and its correct description, consult the
BDV spare parts tables at chapter 13.4 by referring to the table indicated in the IST tables at
chapter 13.3.
The following information, shown on the identification plate, must be provided when ordering the
spare part:
• model
• serial number
• feeding voltage
• feeding frequency
• spare part reference
• spare part description
• required quantity
