Operating conditions

NOTE
The Vibrator is designed to operate within the range indicated in the identification plate secured
to the main frame (Fig. 02-02).
The environmental and feeding conditions must fall within the following ranges:
• humidity:
• altitude (asl):
• ambient temperature range:
• feeding voltage range:
• feeding frequency range:
• type of duty:
• pressure:
• in the surrounding environment there should not be corrosive vapors that may come into contact
with the machine.

NOTE
Since the Vibrator is not equipped with a forced cooling system, it must be adequately ventilated;
make sure that any object placed in the immediate vicinity of the machine or the action of direct
sunlight does not radiate additional heat to the motor. If the machine is utilized is in a dusty or
damp environment, the dust accumulated on the machine surface must be periodically removed
to prevent the risk of overheating.

Forbidden uses

Visam s.r.l. hereby disclaims any liability for injuries or damage resulting from any modification
of or tampering with the Vibrator contrary to instructions and specifications contained herein.
It is forbidden to operate the Vibrator where explosive atmospheres may occur due to gas, liquids
or inflammable dust.
Do not operate the Vibrator without eccentric weights or with eccentric weights set to 0% to prevent
damage to the bearings (Fig. 02-05).

The Vibrator is provided with an identification plate and specific decals to facilitate proper operation.
