Huawei's obligations under Australian Consumer Law (for Products purchased in Australia) and New Zealand legislation (for
Products purchased in New Zealand), cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Product repaired
or replaced if the Product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1. In addition, during the term of this Consumer Product Warranty, Huawei will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective
Products or parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
2. Replacement Products or parts will be of the same or better specification and performance than the Product or parts they
replace but may be refurbished and not new.
3. Replaced or repaired Product/s and part/s have a warranty period of 90 days or until the expiry of this Manufacturer's Warranty,
whichever is sooner, Huawei strongly recommends that you back-up your Product's data onto an external device before the
Product is provided for repair / replacement.
