INSTALLATION
y Setting up the trolley :
The cart will be installed preferably on a flat and horizontal floor.
The orifices du fan of the suction for the refrigerated unit, located on the shelf side, must not be obstructed. A clear passage of 50mm is
required on the shelf side.
y Electrical connection :
Trolleys must be connected to an electric line with :
- Minimum section of 1.5 mm2 for the 2*4 temperature holding models.
- Minimum section of 2.5 mm2 for the 2*8 temperature holding models.
The electrical connection must be made dependent on a highly-sensitive differential device that is protected against overcurrent.

CONTROL PANEL

y Turning it on : connect the plug to the mains dependent on a highly-sensitive differential device that is protected against overcurrent.
All of the trolley's functions can be accessed directly via the touch screen.

USE
These devices are designed to ensure maintaining at positive cold with a fan in one chamber and hot with a fan in the other chamber. When
turned on, maintaining cold is automatically turned on in order to ensure a temperature drop in the cold chamber, and the hot chamber is
not active.
y Hot transfer use
Cold foods must be at a temperature less than 3°C, and hot foods at a temperature above 70°C. The cart has to be turned on at least 1 h
before it is loaded in order to refrigerate the cold compartment. The hot compartment can be turned on just before the hot food is introduced.
This is turned on directly by pressing the compartment button.
