During a communication failure,
the CA-A480-A will do nothing.
In order for the RLY OFF/ON DIP switch to be used the RLY COMMS DIP switch must be
in the "ON" position.

13] ENABLING THE DRM MODULE INPUT (DEFAULT: "OFF")

The DRM ENABLED DIP switch (DIP switch 7) will enable the DRM (Destination Reporting
Module) header plug. Once enabled, a DRM can be connected directly
to the CAA480A's DRM header plug. Refer to Figure 15 for more details.

on page 19.
