c) Steering Servo Dual-Rate
The setting corresponds to the function as described in chapter 11. d).
Whether you carry out the programming in the settings menu or if you carry out the dual-rate setting
directly via the rocker button "DT3" - the result is exactly the same.
• Press the "SEL" button as many times as required until "CH1 D/R" is shown
on the display.
• With the "DT1" rocker button you can adjust the displayed value. We
recommend to leave the value at its maximum setting of 100% as otherwise
the turning circle for the vehicle will be increased, which makes no sense for
a Crawler.
• You can press the "SEL" button to move to the next setting function.
If no button is pressed for approx 5 seconds, the transmitter exits the setting mode and automatically returns to
normal display/function.
d) Drive Control Unit Dual-Rate
This allows the maximum speed for forwards and reverse to be limited. That means that at a dual-rate setting of 50%
the full acceleration speed is limited to about 50% as well.
This allows the vehicle to be more sensitively controlled, as the full lever travel (forwards/reverse drive lever, see fig 1,
pos 10) is available for a lower overall speed.
• Press the "SEL" button as many times as required until "CH2 D/R" is shown
on the display.
• With the "DT1" rocker button you can adjust the displayed value.
At a setting of under approx 10% the vehicle will not travel forwards or backwards, as the motor no longer
starts.
• You can press the "SEL" button to move to the next setting function.
If no button is pressed for approx 5 seconds, the transmitter exits the setting mode and automatically returns to
normal display/function.
