17 Triggering the stroke for Cito-
borma 190, 290, 290B
• Switch on the spindle motor at the
switch (5).
• Lay drill underlay (special card-
board) on the sliding table.
• Put on the paper stack.
• Push the paper drill with lever (2)
through the stack with a steady
movement. Do not leave the drill
in the paper longer than neces-
sary, otherwise it can overheat.
17.1 Triggering the stroke for the
automatic models
190A, 290A und 290AB
• Switch on the main switch (10)
• Switch on the stroke motor at the
switch (7)
• Lay special cardboard on the slid-
ing table.
• Put on the paper stack.
• Press the foot button (11). The
foot button must remain pressed
until the drill heads have reached
their lowest positions. If released
early the spindles reverse in-
stantly for safety reasons.
If the foot button is not released be-
fore the end of the stroke, the next
stroke begins.
After the first drill stroke the stop
button (28) automatically triggers
whilst you raise the hand lever (2)
upwards. At this moment push the
paper stack to the right with the left
hand. In this way the sliding table
(6) goes to the right up to the next
stop set collar (31). If this moment is
missed, then it can also be triggered
by hand. Then the stop button (28)
is pushed down by hand. When all
holes have been drilled the sliding
table (6) is pushed back to the left
into its starting position.
