TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The blade attachment (9, 10) is not cor-
rectly screwed on the shaker.
► Correct the fit.
The blade attachment (9, 10) is not fitted
correctly in the motor unit (1).
► Correct the fit.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
► Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
► Check the fuse of the electrical dis-
tributor (fuse box).
The device switches off.
Food is blocking the blades.
► Detach the blade attachment (9, 10)
and carefully remove the blockage.
