Banana Flip
In this recipe, the famous "Banana Milk"
is pepped up with egg yolk and ice to
make the "Flip".
Ingredients
1 egg
1 small banana (soft)
18 cl of cold milk
1 scoop of dairy or vanilla ice cream
2 tsp. of honey
To garnish: Banana slices, pineapple
pieces and 1–2 cocktail cherries
Preparation
1. Separate the egg. Pour the egg yolk
with the other ingredients into one of
the large shakers.
2. Briefly purée everything and pour into
a glass.
3. Stick the banana slices, pineapple
pieces and cocktail cherries on a
cocktail stick and use it to decorate
the drink.
Big Healthy Green
Ingredients
½ fennel with greenery
1 handful of baby spinach
1 chicory
¼ cucumber, cut into slices
½ bunch of flat parsley
½ small bowl of watercress
Juice of ½ a lime, 2 tsp. of Chia seeds
Water up to the MAX marking
Preparation

If you wish, you can soak the Chia
seeds for a night beforehand, but
you do not have to.
Pour everything into one of the large
shakers and purée.
Smoothie del Mar
Algae are also plants, and the spirulina
microalgae (in powder form) contains
numerous vital substances and lots of
protein. Positive properties: Algae have
an anti-inflammatory effect, increase
the blood count, lower cholesterol and
reduce the risk of cancer. As well as all
the other good qualities, here you have
a smoothie that gives you the power of
Hulk.
Ingredients
1 orange
2 tsp. of hemp seeds
2 tsp. of spirulina algae powder
½ pineapple, diced
A few fresh mint leaves
3 chicory leaves
1 handful of ground elder
3 stems of basil
5 stems of parsley
1 shot of agave syrup
Water as required
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into one of the large
shakers and purée.
