Important notes
In order to get precise measuring results of the distance to an object/surface, it should be
ensured that no interfering objects project into the blind zone or into the detection range.
These will produce interference reflections which will distort the measurements.
Minimum distances to be kept in order to avoid interference reflections:

Synchronisation (for HLS 528-2 and HLS 528-3 only)

If the assembly distances shown in Fig.1 for two or more sensors are exceeded the integrated
synchronisation should be used. Connect Sync/Com-channels (pin 5 at the units receptable) of
all sensors (10 maximum).
