Always pull out the mains plug before you
make any change any settings on the device.
The lawnmower is delivered unassembled. The
complete pusher bar, the rear wheels and the
grass catching basket must be assembled before
using the lawnmower. Follow the instructions
step by step and orient yourself to the images, so
that the assembly will be easy for you.
Assembly of Wheels (Image 3 and 4)
Take a rear wheel (Image2/Pos1 1.12) and slide
it onto the axle as shown in Image 3. Then push
a washer as well (Image 2/Pos17) on the axis
and fix everything with the cotter pin included
(Image2/Pos16) as shown in Image 3. Finally press
the hub cap (Image2/Pos1 3.14) on the wheel as
shown in Image 4. Proceed with the other side
similarly.
Assembly of the push bar (Image 5 to 7)
Insert a lower push bar (Image 2/ Pos2) on the
screw intended for it and secure everything with
screw (Image2/ Pos15) as shown in Image 5.
Proceed in the same manner on the other side,.
Then attach the upper push bar with the lower
push bar as shown in image 6. You can now
secure the motor cable at the push bar with the
cable holders (Image2/pos18) (Image 7/PosA).
Assembly of the Catch Basket (See images 8
and 9)
Insert the catch basket handle (Image 8/Pos.20),
in the grass catching basket as shown in Image
8. In order to hang up the grass catching basket,
the motor has to be switched off and the cutting
blade may not be in rotating condition. Lift the
grass eject- flap (image 9/ Pos3) with one hand.
With the other hand, hold the grass catching
basket with the handle and hang up from above
(Image 9).

Level indicator of catcher device
The catcher device has a filling level display
(Image 2/Pos 7). This is opened by the air flow
which the mower generates while in operation.
If the flap falls and closes while mowing, the
catcher device is full and should be emptied. For
a proper functioning of the level indicator, the
holes under the flap must be always clean and
permeable.
Caution while adjusting the cutting height !
The adjustment of the cutting height may be
done only when the motor has been switched off
and after the power cable is disconnected.
Before you begin to mow, check that the cutting
tool is not blunt and that its fasteners are not
damaged.
Replace blunt and / or damaged cutting tools so
that no imbalance is created. Turn off the motor
in this test and pull out the power plug.
The adjustment of the cutting height must be
carried out as follows (see Image 10):
1. Press the lever inward.
2. Move the lever to the desired cutting height.
3. Release the lever and check if it is positioned
securely into the catch.
Deduce the cutting height
The cutting height has to be set from 20-70 mm
in 6 levels.
Power connection
The lawnmower can be connected to any light
socket with 230 Volts AC power. However only
a SCHUKO socket outlet is reliable, the fuse
protection of which is provided by a circuit
breaker for 16A. You also need a fault-current
circuit breaker (RCD) with max. 30 mA upstream!
