If you find any malfunctioning using MAG1000, please follow these
instructions:
•
Check battery status (see chapter "Battery charging");
•
Check the correct connection between MAG1000 and the therapeutic
belt;
•
Check all the operations have been done properly;
•
Every two years we suggest a complete check of device (contact the
manufacturer or locator dealer).
WARNING: after prolonged inactivity, the unit may not switch on. This is
because the battery is completely drained and not due to malfunction.
Recharge the battery as described above before troubleshooting for faults.
Repairing
Every intervention on device must be performed by manufacturer or
authorized personnel.
Spare parts
Contact the manufacturer or the National Distributor for original spare
parts.
To preserve product warranty, functionality and product safety we
recommend to use only original spare parts.
Warranty
Make reference to the rules of national laws for warranty by contacting
the National Distributor (or directly the fabricant).
