Solutions
− The caller number display (CLIP) is a supplementary
service offered by your telephone network provider.
Contact your network provider for further information.
− The caller has suppressed the transmission of their
phone number.
− The telephone is not connected properly or is defec-
tive.
− The PC is switched on,
− A complete power failure has occurred.
− The required application is not properly installed or is
not executed correctly,
− The provider is experiencing faults.
− Check the configuration of the Internet connection*
− The handset is too far from the base station.
− The base station is in an unsuitable location.
