This function enables a specified number to be dialled automatically prior to the
actual phone number. This is mainly implemented when using call−by−call
numbers. Diverse local access codes can be assigned a call−by−call number.
Without defining a local access code, the call−by−call number entered is dialled
preceding all phone numbers.
A call−by−call prefix with up to 8 digits can be stored. The call−by−call number is
automatically prefixed and is not displayed in addition to the selected phone
number. The prefix is set using the menu. Refer to Page 161 for the sequence of
option selections.
You can also use this function to prefix an access code. Enter the
required access code.
