Attach the tie-clip microphone (2) via its clip (3),
e. g. to your clothes and direct it towards your
mouth.
Put on the headband microphone (1) as shown

Via its belt clip, attach the pocket transmitter to
your clothes.
6 Operation
1) Switch on the receiver.
2) Switch on the transmitter: Slide the switch (10)
to the position ON. The LED LOWBATT (8) will
shortly light up. The reception LED RF must light
up on the receiver. If it fails to light up, the recep-
tion is too poor. In this case, check the following
items:
– Is the battery in the transmitter exhausted?
(
chapter 4)
– Is the distance between the transmitter and
the receiver too long? The range is 30 m
approx.
– Is the reception disturbed, e. g. by metal
objects in the transmission path?
– Will the reception quality improve when you
turn the reception antennas?
– Is the squelch adjustment on the receiver
too high? (
receiver)
3) From a certain microphone volume, the LED AF
will light up on the receiver.
If the volume on the microphone is too high
resulting in overload of the microphone system,
reduce the gain on the transmitter or increase
the distance between the microphone and the
sound source. To reduce the gain, turn the con-
trol GAIN (7) counterclockwise with a small
screwdriver.
If the volume on the microphone is too low,
increase the gain on the transmitter or reduce
the distance between the microphone and the
sound source. To increase the gain, turn the
control GAIN (7) clockwise with a small screw-
driver.
