ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS T400

Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the
floor and check roughly that all are there on the base of the assembly
steps. For assembly you need approx. 15 min. time and enough empty
area.
Final assembly of trampoline.
1. Pull apart the folded trampoline, so that a semicircle is create.
2. Then fold the two halves apart so far, until the trampoline is com-
pletely unfolded.
3. Pull the enclosed surrounding cover (7) over the frame. Make sure
that the threats of frame on bottom side and holder for grip put
through the punched holes in the surrounding cover.
4. Put the stand tube (14) of handlebar at frame part with handle hold-
er (5) and tighten with screw M8x45 (15), spring washer (16) and wash-
er (12) firmly.
5. Screw the foot tubes (3) onto the threats of frame as far as they will
go on. (Slide beside the elastic bands so that you do not clamp them
with foot tubes.) and screw in the hand grip screw (21) for a further fix-
ing of stand tube (14). Place the trampoline on the foot tubes. It is pos-
sible that not all of the foot tubes will stand on the floor immediately
after assembly. The foot tubes then align themselves for a safe stable
stand when the trampoline is in use.
6. Put the screw cover (10) onto the connection tube (13) and put it in
right direction into the stand tube (14). Tighten the connection tube
with screws M8x10 (11) and washers (12) firmly. Slide the screw cover
(10) over the connection point.
7. Put the screw cover (10) onto the grip (8) and put it in right direction
into the connection tube (13). Tighten the grip (8) with screws M8x10
(11) and washers (12) firmly. Slide the screw cover (10) over the con-
nection point.
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and plug
connections. Installation is thereby complete.
2. When everything is in order, familiarize yourself with the trampoline
and start with light exercise.
Note:
Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as these
may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming necessary
later.
