Installation

Assemble the fi lter unit. Mount it on the fl oor. Connect
the tubing to the inlet and outlet. Connect the fi lter clea-
ning module to a compressed air supply of 4 l/s, 4 bars
and a control voltage of 24 V AC alt. DC, 12 W (which
should be taken from the control box).
Installation S 46000
1. Fit the bottom cone onto the legs. Adjust the height
of the legs depending on which discharge cone/
container is selected.
2. Fit the inlet module onto the bottom cone. Secure it
with the locking ring.
3. Fit the module ring onto the inlet module. Secure it
with the locking ring.
4. Fit the fi lter plate onto the module ring. Secure it
with the locking ring.
5. Fit the 6 fi lters. Secure each of the 6 fi lters with a
locking ring.
6. Fit the fi lter cleaning unit (tank) onto the fi lter plate.
Secure it with the star knob.
7. Fit the outlet module onto the fi lter plate. Secure it
with the locking ring. Pass the cable through the
bulkhead entry. Connect the compressed air hose.
8. Fit the cover onto the outlet module. Secure it with
the locking ring.
9. Ready.

Normally the machines are mounted on 3 legs. A wide-
ning chassis is available as an accessory. With the wi-
dening chassis the dust can be collected in a container.
