7 Assembly: Connection for smooth cable
ducts
1 Apply insertion depth marking (table 1/table 3) to the
smooth cable duct (see fig.: 7).
2 Push rubber sleeve over the smooth cable duct(1.)
and tighten the tensioning clamp with the torque
spanner (2.) (table 1/table 3) (see fig.: 8 and 9).

3 Moisten the inside of the rubber sleeve with water to
facilitate installation. Then push the rubber sleeve
with the smooth pipe on the pre-mounted system co-
ver as far as it will go (1.) and tighten the tensioning
clamp with the torque spanner (2.) (table 1/table 3)
(see fig.: 10).
8 Assembly: Connection for corrugated
cable ducts (e.g. Fränkische Rohrwerke,
other pipe manufacturers may vary)
1 Insert system sealing rings (not included and only
available through pipe manufacturer) at the end of
the corrugated pipe into the gaps (see fig.: 11).

2 Insert the split clip ring supplied into the gap of the
corrugated pipe after the system sealing rings; here,
care must be taken to ensure that clip ring is positio-
ned immediately underneath the tensioning clamp
(one or two clip rings are supplied, depending on the
type of pipe) (see fig.: 11 and 12).
3 Push the rubber sleeve over the corrugated pipe with
clip ring (1.) and tighten the tensioning clamp with
the torque spanner (2.) (table 2/table 4) (see fig.: 13).
4 Moisten the inside of the rubber sleeve with water to
facilitate installation. Then push the rubber sleeve
with the corrugated pipe on the pre-mounted system

cover as far as it will go (1.) and tighten the tension-
ing clamp with the torque spanner (2.) (table 2/table
4) (see fig.: 14).
9 Installation: connection for Hateflex hose
KES MA150 D
► System cover installed.
1 Hateflex spiral hose 14150:
Push the rubber sleeve onto the spiral hose 14150 as
far as it will go (1.) and tighten the tension strap to
10 Nm using the torque wrench A/F 13 (see Fig.: 15).
2 Push the hose with the sleeve fitted onto the cover
socket as far as it will go (2.) and tighten the tension
strap to 10 Nm using the torque wrench A/F 13 (see
Fig.: 15).
1 Hateflex spiral hose 14125:
Push the small opening end of the sleeve loosely ap-
prox. 5 cm over the Hateflex spiral hose 14125 (1.)
(see Fig.: 15).
2 Push the spiral hose approx. 4 - 5 cm (as far as it will
go) into the system cover (2.). Push the sleeve with
the cover socket fitted back up to the red clamping
nut and tighten the two tension straps to 10 Nm u-
sing the torque wrench A/F 13 (see Fig.: 15).

► System cover installed.
1 Hateflex spiral hose 14090:
Push the rubber sleeve over the he cover socket up to
the union nut (1.) and tighten the tension strap to 5
Nm using the torque wrench A/F 13 (see Fig.: 16).
2 Mark the spiral hose at a distance of 8 cm (see Fig.:
16).
3 Insert the spiral hose into the rubber sleeve as far as it
will go (to marking) (2.) and tighten the tension strap
to 5 Nm using the torque wrench A/F 13 (see Fig.:
16).
