3 Tools and aids required
For the correct installation of the System cover with sleeve
method HSI150 MA... (HSI90 MA...), the following tools
and aids are required in addition to the usual standard
tools:
Tools:
Tool set KES-M-W (Art. No.: 2128030000) consisting of:
- Torque spanner 4 to 20 Nm, 1/4 inch
- Extension 150 mm, 1/4 inch
- Socket for hex driver A/F 13, 1/4 inch
- Socket for hex driver A/F 8, 1/4 inch

5 Preparing for assembly

Remove the protectice foil completely (heat slightly
before).

If necessary, clean the spanner inserts in the closing
cover by removing any residual concrete if necessary.

Open the closing cover using the articulated face
spanner SLS 6G (accessory) or, if the perimeter insula-
tion SLS 6G(D) (accessory) has been applied, using the
spanner inserts by means of movement to the left
(see fig.: 1).
6 Mount system cover

Insert the pre-assembled system cover into the bayo-
net of the wall insert by means of a light rotational
movement and ensure it is turned to the right as far
as it will go (the red clamping nut may not yet be
tightened) (see fig .: 3).
► When correctly mounted, the arrows on the system
cover match up with the arrows on the square frame
of the wall insert (see fig .: 4 and 5).

Tighten the clamping nut by turning it to the right by
hand or using the articulated face spanner SLS 6G(D)
