How can you tell whether the machine is working and the program is actually
running? If the colon on the display flashes, this indicates that the program is active. If
the colon is lit constantly and no longer flashes, the program has stopped.
Time delay function 'Time +' or 'Time –'
These buttons allow you to determine when your bread will be ready. If you press the
'Time +' button, the total time will increase 10 minutes with each press. If you press
the 'Time -' button, you will decrease the total baking time with 10 minutes. The
maximum time that can be set is 13 hours.
The time delay function can not be used with the programs Quick, Ultra-fast and Jam.
When using the program Bake, the Time+ and Time- buttons do not allow you to set
the delay time, but they allow you to set the actual baking time. In this case, time can
be set from 10 to 60 minutes, with intervals of 1 minute.
Keep-warm function
When the program has ended, the bread maker will automatically keep the bread warm
for another hour. When you want to take the bread out of the bread maker, be sure not
to forget to stop the program by pressing the stop button for a few seconds. The keep-
warm function is not functional in the programs Jam and Dough.
Memory function
If the appliance is activated after a power failure of approximately 10 minutes, the
program will continue from where it was stopped.
This does not count, if you cancel the program and stop the baking process by pressing
down the 'start/stop' button during 3 seconds.
If the power supply has been interrupted for longer than 10 minutes, you will have to
set the program again. Also, it is best to use new ingredients.
Viewing window
You can follow the baking process through the viewing window.
PROGRAMS
Choose the desired program by pressing down the 'Menu' button. The corresponding
program number appears on the display. The baking time depends on the selected
program combinations. See further on below 'program times'.
Program 1: Basic: this is the program most commonly used to make a regular
white loaf of bread.
