TERMS OF WARRANTY
If the complaint is considered to be unjustified and does not result from the defect of the device, the
Guarantor has the right to charge the Customer with costs related to the complaint. The use of the
heater, the method of connection to the chimney and the operating conditions must be in accordance
with these operating instructions. It is forbidden to alter or make any changes to the design of the
device. The manufacturer grants a 2-year warranty from the moment the heater is purchased for its
efficient operation. The purchaser of the device is obliged to read the instructions for its use and
these warranty conditions, which should be confirmed by an entry in the warranty card at the time of
purchase. In the case of submitting a complaint, the User of the heater is required to submit a proof of
purchase. Complaints can be submitted via the form on the website
in the "knowledge and help" tab or via email to the address reklamcje@kratki.com. Submission of the
said documentation is necessary for considering all claims. Consideration of the complaint will be
made within 14 days from the date of its submission. All modifications, modifications
and design changes of the device cause immediate loss of the manufacturer's warranty.
The guarantee covers:
• efficient functioning of the device;
• cast iron cast elements;
• movable elements of control mechanisms;
• grate and seals for 1 year from the moment of purchase of the heater;
• complaints reported for smell within 6 months from the moment the heater was installed
(documented by the entry in the warranty card).
The warranty does not cover:
• heat-resistant ceramics (glass, resistant to temperatures up to 800 ° C). It applies to any damage to the
soot soiling or scorching caused by the use of impermissible fuels, discoloration, tarnishing and other
changes caused by thermal overload;
• all defects resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of the operating instructions, in
particular regarding the fuel used;
• any defects caused during transport from the distributor to the Buyer;
• any defects caused during installation and start-up of the heater;
• complaints related to an incorrectly selected product (installing a device with too low or high power
in relation to the demand);
• damage resulting from thermal overloads of the device (related to the use of the heater incompatible
with the provisions of the operating instructions). The warranty is extended by the period from the
date of notification of the complaint to the day of notifying the buyer of the repair. This time will be
confirmed in the warranty card. Any damage caused due to improper handling, storage, improper
maintenance, inconsistent with the conditions specified in the operating and operating instructions
and due to other reasons not attributable to the manufacturer, will void the warranty if these defects
have contributed to the quality changes of the heater. During warming up and cooling, there is
expansion and the heater may make crackling - this is a natural phenomenon and does not constitute
a basis for lodging complaints.
