Care and Maintenance Cleaning
Before cleaning the extraction hood, disconnect the mains plug. If it is

inaccessible, isolate the power at the main fuse.
Grease deposits on the extraction hood can ignite by extreme heat.
Therefore, it is important that the surface of the extraction hood is
regularly cleaned, externally and internally.
Use a moist cloth with a little washing-up liquid to wipe the surfaces. The glass
can be cleaned using commercial glass cleaner. Do not use sharp objects or
scouring powder, because the surfaces will become scratched.

Therefore, it is important that the grease filter is regularly cleaned/
replaced.
1. Disconnect the mains plug or isolate at the appropriate main fuse.
2. Press inwards the side sliding levers on the underside of the hood and open
the filter flap.
3. Remove both of the wire clamps, as shown in the figure.
