Installation
6. Through the inside of the appliance, mark the holes to drill on the wall
(elongated holes and small round holes).
7. At the marked locations, drill the holes diameter ø 8 mm (elongated hole) and
ø 6 mm (round hole) in the wall.
8. Insert the appropriate size wallplug in the holes.
9. Install two screws 7 with a few turns into the wallplug of the elongated holes
(ø 8 mm).
10. Route the power cable upwards and place on the extraction hood.
11. Hang the extraction hood at the elongated holes.
12. Place a spirit level on the extraction hood in the transverse direction on the
wall. Compensate inclination by moving the hood in the elongated holes and
fully tighten both of the screws 7.
13. From the inside of the hood, install two screws 9 through the round holes and
fully tighten. They are used to secure the hood against inadvertent removal of
the hood (e.g. when cleaning).
14. Close the filter flap and press the two sliding levers 12
outwards.
15. For extraction mode: push the exhaust air hose 6
(not in the scope of delivery) onto the exhaust air
connection 2 and attach using a hose clamp.
16. Insert the mains plug into the socket.

the upper ventilation slots are not covered by the base of the
wall unit. The extraction hood must protrude forwards over
the wall unit so that the purified air can flow out unobstructed
through the ventilation slots.

clearance than 65 cm is specified, this must be taken into
consideration.
1. In order to position the appliance exactly above the cooker initially make a
guide line on the wall (vertical line, with the aid of a spirit level or plumb line,
from the centre of the cooker to the underside of the wall unit).
Make sure that the locations marked on the wall are not visible after
installation.
