3. Drehen Sie die Anlüftschraube (1) bis zum Anschlag nach
rechts.
Das Sicherheitsventil ist jetzt wieder dicht.
Damit das Sicherheitsventil nach dem Ausblasen wieder
richtig schließt sollte der Arbeitsdruck der Anlage 10%
unter dem Schließdruck des Sicherheitsventil liegen.

Verbrennungsgefahr!
Das Sicherheitsventil und das Medium können im Betrieb heiß
werden.
O
Setzen Sie eine Schutzbrille auf.
O
Tragen Sie Handschuhe.
Reinigung und Pflege
O
Reinigen Sie das Sicherheitsventil mit einem trockenen Tuch
und verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Medien oder
Reinigungsmittel.
Dies kann zu Beschädigungen führen.
Wartung
O
Überprüfen Sie das Sicherheitsventil in regelmäßigen
Abständen auf Funktionstüchtigkeit. Die Prüfintervalle sind
abhängig von den Einbau- und Betriebsbedingungen. Beachten
Sie auch die für die Anlage geltenden Prüfintervalle.
O
Prüfen Sie das Sicherheitsventil auf Verschmutzung und
mechanische Beschädigungen.
O
Blasen Sie das Sicherheitsventil ca. alle 3 Monate aus (siehe
„Inbetriebnahme").

Entsorgung

Entsorgen Sie das Produkt nach den nationalen Bestimmungen
Ihres Landes.

Intended use

The safety valve is to be used exclusively as a safety device to
prevent overpressure in pressure tanks and piping.
O
Permissible media are exclusively non-toxic, neutral, and non-
flammable gases and vapors that can be freely discharged.
Water vapor, media that contain particles, or liquid or adhesive
media are not permissible. Use of inadmissible media can lead
to hazards for the operator and the safety valve.
O
Use is permitted only under the operating conditions and
within the performance limits listed in the technical data.
O
The safety valve is only intended for industrial applications.
