Nach Einschalten der Versorgungs-
spannung oder einem Reset des Sicher-
heitssystems PNOZmulti wird das PNOZ
mc8p automatisch konfiguriert und gestar-
tet. Die LEDS "ACT", "NET", "LINK" und
"STAT" zeigen den Status des PNOZ mc8p
am Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP an.

Zur Kommunikation mit dem PNOZmulti
müssen immer 20 Byte gesendet und
empfangen werden.
• Ethernet IP
Mit dem Assembly Object (Class 04h)
können die Eingangs-/Ausgangsdaten aus
dem PNOZmulti abgefragt werden.
- Mit der Instance 64h werden die Daten
vom PNOZmulti angefordert.
- Die Instance 96h schreibt die Daten des
Ethernet IP-Scanners in das PNOZmulti.
• Modbus TCP
Beim PNOZ mc8p muss keine Verbindung
konfiguriert werden. Entsprechend der
Modbus TCP-Spezifikation wird der
Port 502 verwendet.
Operation
After the supply voltage is switched on or
the PNOZmulti safety system is reset, the
PNOZ mc8p is configured and started
automatically. The "ACT", "NET", "LINK"
and "STAT" LEDs indicate the status of the
PNOZ mc8p on the Ethernet IP/
Modbus TCP.

• Ethernet IP
With the assembly object (class 04h), the
input/output data from the PNOZmulti can
be queried.
- Data from the PNOZmulti are requested
with instance 64h.
- Instance 96h writes the data of the
Ethernet IP scanner to the PNOZmulti.
• Modbus TCP
No connection needs to be configured for
the PNOZ mc8p. Port 502 is used as
required by the Modbus TCP
specification.

Après application de la tension
d'alimentation ou une réinitialisation du
système de sécurité PNOZmulti, le PNOZ
mc8p est automatiquement configuré et
démarré. Les LEDs "ACT", "NET", "LINK"
et "STAT" indiquent l'état du PNOZ mc8p
sur le réseau Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP.

Sur le PNOZ mc8p, aucune liaison ne doit
être configurée. Le port 502 est utilisé
conformément à la spécification du
Modbus TCP.
